Analytical Solutions for Transversely Isotropic Fiber-Reinforced Composite Cylinders under Internal or External Pressure

چکیده

This paper deals with the elastic stresses of internally or externally pressurized long thick-walled composite cylinders fixed ends. Cylinders are made unidirectionally aligned transversely isotropic fibers and matrix. Axial radial fiber alignments considered, analytical solutions derived accordingly. Effects direction volume fraction alteration on limit analyzed. It is observed for both internal external pressure cases that important parameters which impact behavior cylinders.
